Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sinharaja Kithula Eco Cabana

We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation

Cancellation Notice

Guests must inform us of any cancellation at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Refund Amount

If the cancellation is made at least 3 days before check-in, 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date or for no-shows.

Booking Modifications

Subject to availability, we may accommodate date changes requested at least 3 days prior to the original check-in date.
If the new booking has a higher rate, the guest must pay the difference.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Any transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the guest.

Exceptional Cases

In the case of natural disasters, emergencies, or unexpected events (force majeure), we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
