Terms and Conditions – Sinharaja Kithula Eco Cabana

01. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.

02. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

03. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be informed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Eligible cancellations will receive a 75% refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of arrival or for no-shows.

04. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabanas.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from management.

05. Safety & Conduct

Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by staff.
Misconduct, illegal activity, or causing disturbance to other guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.

06. Changes by Management

Management reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance).
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

07. Use of Facilities

All facilities (private and shared) must be used responsibly.
Guests use the property and surrounding environment at their own risk.
